The “cup quality” of a particular coffee depends upon the origin and character of the ingredient green beans but also upon how they are roasted, packaged, stored, brewed and served. For distinctive flavors and aromas to emerge, care must be taken at each step, from grower to roaster to brewer. Signature Blends

Fontana Estate Blend Our most popular signature blend. A superb blend of Colombian, Central & South American Arabicas resulting in a well-balanced aromatic, flavorful, full-bodied cup.
Breakfast Blend We combine light and dark roasted coffees to produce a rich and mellow blend.
Traditional Blend Flavorful and aromatic with a slightly heavy body.
Premium Blend The perfect blend of Central and South American coffees medium roasted for the American palate.

Hawaiian Kona Blend Our blend of Kona Fancy and other fine Arabica coffees from the pacific region. Full-bodied and sweet.
Jamaican Blue Mountain Blend A classic blended coffee and favorite of connoisseurs. This blend produces a fine aroma, flavor and body, smooth and piquant.
Mocha Java Blend The world’s oldest blend. The combination of Yemen Mocha and Java Arabica results in this classic blended coffee. These two coffees complement each other perfectly.

Espresso Blends

Fontana Espresso Select green coffees are dark roasted to barely bring the natural oils to the surface. Not bitter, but flavorful with bittersweet taste.
Cuban Espresso Old world blend of equal parts Full City and French Roast beans from the Caribbean, Central & South American regions.
Espresso Milano A perfect blend of Central and South American coffees to create a balance of bitter and sweet.
Espresso Roma Dark roasted to bring out real coffee flavor. These dark and oily beans make a heavy-bodied and sharp- cup. The perfect after dinner coffee.

Unblended Origin Coffees

Brazil Santos This bean produces a drink with medium body and smooth flavor.
Celebes Kalossi (modern day Sulawesi) is grown at very high altitudes in the Toraja region. Intensely rich coffee with low acidity and a deep complex aroma.
Colombian Supremo A popular, well-balanced flavorful coffee with good body and acidity.
Costa Rican Tarrazu Grown at high elevations on the country’s Pacific side. Rich body and sharp flavor with a snap of dry wine.
Elida Estate An old established Familia Lamastus farm, it is also grown at the highest altitudes in the Boquete region between 5,500 and 6,000 feet. Rich mild flavor, medium body.
Ethiopian Harrar Originally known as Mocha Longberry. Strong, winy flavor with a light body.
Guatemala Antigua A strictly hard bean grown in altitudes above 4500 feet. These mountain grown coffees are heavy, full-bodied and spicy, almost smoky to the taste.
Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy The finest Kona available. A high-grown superb bean, it is aromatic and medium-bodied with a distinctive but delicate flavor.
Honduras Stricta Smooth, non-bitter with a rich, deep flavor, this coffee has light floral undertones and great body.
Indonesia Earthy, deep, complex, full-bodied coffee that exhibits low-acidity and smoothness.
Jamaica Blue Mountain The world’s richest and rarest coffee. Perfectly balanced flavor, aroma and body.
Kenya AA In the cup it is smooth and rich with a delicate tang and a dry, winey aftertaste.
Mexican High grown on the mountains in the district of Coatepec. These beans produce a light-bodied cup with an exquisite aroma and a pleasant taste.
Panama Boquete The cup has nice clarity and brightness, a crisp acidity.
Sumatra Mandheling Considered one of the finest coffees in the world. A rich flavor combined with a smooth, heavy body. An excellent choice for any connoisseur.
Tanzania Kilimanjaro Grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, this bean produces one of the finest African coffees. Rich and full-bodied with a winey aftertaste.
